I got a call today and I told the courier person, I will come in 4 minutes to wait. But he told me directly, I can't even wait. We can't even give you 4 minutes. my time is very precious If I am not present at that place at that time. So can he not give this to my brother or my uncle, my mother or my father. Delivery 🚚🚚🚚🚚🚚🚚 was very slow and spam calls coming on my number , I think they share our contact details to them are there any problems . If you get a call and he or she is saying that your courier is late or hold, they will told you to pay compensation fee , they give you a link don't click on any link . Directly cut the call. I have faced the issue so don't pick scam calls ok . Thanks

Probably the worst service in whole state, they have whole lot of lame excuses to not deliver your product, neither they provide any number to contact. So you have to get there to get your parcel

Difficult to find this place on map, map shows turn into a narrow road, however, that is more like a narrow space between two buildings. If you’re going to collect passport on someone behalf remember to carry authorization letter.

Bluedart Courier Service is a poor service provider. I have a courier with them whose delivery date was 30th June, which has not been delivered till 3rd July even today. On 2nd July it was taken out of the office for courier, but their courier left neither came to the location nor called me and took the courier return by writing that the address is incomplete whereas I got 7-8 courier bluedart at that same address has already been received from

One of the best courier service facility out there (atleast in Patna). They however, don't provide express delivery or 1 day delivery service here in Patna since Patna is still not a metro city. Prices are on a higher side. (For Example: They charged ₹375 for sending a Boat Smartwatch from Patna to Ghaziabad).
