It's located on the 2nd floor of Mattoo Complex on the Red Cross Road. The people there were helping. Went there to pick up a courier. Although they should have delivered it on there own but they were late in doing so and hence I went there myself to pick it up. Had a few questions about couriers and they were very helpful in answering my queries.
