When I have given the address of my village, on top of that I am also paying the shipping charges, then why should I take the product from the office. You will give me my product at my address only, that's why you take shipping charges.

Pathetic services, the company should ban them from any courier services. They don't response to phone calls. Neither they deliver parcel on time. I have travelled many parts of India and haven't come across such services. Services like this, never let the small town grow. Someone must tech then. Putting address incorrect reason to delay delivery. They want us to collect our courier from thier office. If a person from bank can come without asking to verify my address and these delivery boys couldn't find same address.
