Worst staffs ever (Mr. Shaji). Very over priced. He Google pays to his personal account. He broke my gift wrapper also to check. It was a Shampoo (broke the cap also) and he screamed at me saying no liquids allowed. I didn't know about it even. He only let me send one time.

The supervisor here, MR Shaji, doesn't have any idea of the rules and regulation of the DHL parcel carrier. I had to sent some stuff from India to Sweden. We had inquired about the possibility of the sending medicine , and he said that it is fine to send medicine to sweden as he has done this a large number of times. Though , upon searching in google I felt it was not correct , he overrode my suggestion and sent the medicines. So effectively , we sent the parcel , only for the DHL at sweden to stop it and sent it back. The DHL policy states that medicine is not to be sent in with them actually. Now effectively I lost about 20,000 INR in the transport of something that could not be delivered. Upon request to remove the medicine and send the rest of the items , they refused and the whole package was shipped back to India. Now once it reached India , we had to pay an extra payment of 5000 INR , as customs charge. The whole experience was exasperating and frustrating.
