A bank document was to be delivered to me at my residence in Sivasagar. The delivery boy didn't deliver it to me stating that the road was bad. So I told him that Amazon had delivered three packages. He said he couldn't. He misbehaved with me - a retired senior citizen. Then he told me to collect it from their office. Very bad behaviour. I didn't expect a so-called reputed courier service to be like this. I am very disappointed with blue dart!!
