The worst courier service in naidupet. It's very pathetic experience with the bluedart service provider and moreover I ordered the product in Amazon and it is given to the bluedart logistics delivery service from the seller and I got the message from bluedart that it would be delivered today when I call the bluedart hub they are asking me to come there and collect the product which is not justified and also it's a matress so I need to collect it with my own transport charges Very unsatisfied experience and the staff behaviour on call was very rude. Never expected this kind of service.

They didn't even called me to collect the parcel... There office number also not reachable, then I directly visited blue dart office, thay said parcel is handovered to my apartment watchman. Without my permission they did that, I've received massage from blue dart that your order is delivered. Its a such an irresponsible job and there's a scarcity for care about customer.

It is one of the worst courier service in naidupeta . They don't work professional and there service is also very poor. I have received my parcel from Hyderabad they called me and said , come to office and collect my courier. When I went there they don't have any online mode of payment , understand how difficult it would be for someone to pay cash with change .so if you are planning to get some courier in blue dart or dhl in naidupeta please avoid using this service . Go for another service .
