They never come to the house and every time the message comes , “We missed you , attempted no one home” or house changed “ and every time we were at home only . I don’t know what their problem is ? And when we call the customer care number 1800…. That’s the only number they have and it’s chargeable😯. So I have to email them but still don’t get any response also. But have no choice as all banks n other sector use this services .would suggest corporates and bank to change other better couriers options

Their delivery representative deliberately select the recipient address not found or any other excuses like otp incorrect so that they don't have to deliver. Its the second time i am facing this issue where you would just give up and drive to their warehouse to collect it yourself. Since these were corporate document i have no control on which warehouse it goes to otherwise i would never book or get my courier delivered from them. Pathetic incompetent people, literally have one job of delivering goods that too can’t do it properly. Avoid blue dart nanpura!

I would not give these people any stars; none of their numbers work, no one picks up the call, and they wrongly update the parcel details this company is horrible always has late deliveries not up to the mark at all. The customer care number (1800) though chargeable, never is available, and there is no number for the office itself. this is no better than a scam company.

The lady in the counter was so rude and misbehaving!!! This happened today (03/10/2022) at around 11.25 AM. I went to Bluedart office at Nanpura, Surat office to enquire about my docket (passport) which was despatched by VFS on 30/09/2022. She told me that the docket is still in transit and shall reach their office at around 12.30 PM. I just wanted to reconfirm that 12.30 is the time should I come so that I don't have to wait. She just blasted on me. It was a bolt from the blue! My fault was to reconfirm the time! The lady is not at all fit to be in a service industry. She is utterly rude with extremely high pitched voice. BLUEDART MUST GET RID OF HER WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. I LOST ALL THE RESPECT AND HIGH REGARD FOR BLUEDART / DHL AND BLACKLISTED THEM WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. While going through the reviews of others, I felt that I wasn't not wrong in my judgement (Since huge majority are the victims of their callous behaviour, especially the lady I am mentioning) Note : I would have give minus points if there was any option.
