Poor customer service I have ever faced and this is the worst courier service that you can get in India when compared to other. Product was in here their warehouse in my place and they didn't deliver it or not even called to check up on the place. I think they couldn't find my address and neither called to ask for the direction like other courier service do such a bad experience. If you are looking to deliver something important and and the earliest then this is not the courier service for you guys better go with other.

Very bad service...a very important product was not delivered because they couldn't find the address....and I wasn't even contacted for the same ...it's is strange that Bluedart is unable to find a location that other delivery platforms have been able to find... moreover the delivery was very delayed...I was not even ccontacted before delivery so that I can provide the directions and now I have to apply for redelivery??? Why the hell?????
