This Hub does not have any reason to be operational. People working here should ideally quit and try for some other job (They will definitely do well in a job that does not require basic common sense). Also Google review score system should be changed. The item has reached there on Saturday itself and they haven't yet delivered,It's almost four days now and my location is about 11km from the delivery hub. Everyday I am getting an update saying th item will be delivered next day. Even before I have the same experience from Kannur ekart , They've cancelled my order after updating that the delivery has got failed. But the delivery guy haven't even called me once . They deliberately delaying the delivery and then cancelling saying they weren't able to contact the customer. Worst ever service. Whereas Amazon Delhivery used to come to my home address and never had an experience like this from them.

Really unprofessional service. They call for a delivery from flipkart, ask for address and don't come and send message to us saying they came home and no one was available. When no one steps out our house bacause of Covid and that's why we order through their money making business. Truely shameless service.
