Worst service I ever had with this logistics. A recent experience where my parcel arrival date was 6th May and I get that parcel on 18th May & I ordered it on 28th April and it was not from abroad it was from Maharashtra only And I have to contact the service center constantly for five days. They automate things too, like without asking or contacting you, they delay delivery, and then they couldn't find a location. A rare local logistics can bring things faster than an international one.

Blue dart is very popular. But here I am really disappointed with this courier. I have ordered a clock from snapdeal. Order was shipped at a time. I was waiting for estimate date of delivery. But it date has been passed and I have not receive my package. It was prepaid order. After next day I have receive a message that order was delivered. But the order did not get delivered to me. I have file a complaint to snapdeal. They said we are arranging proof of delivery. After 1 days they revert to me that order was lost by courier. They are sorry for that and they will refund the amount. But here I have noticed one bad thing. I don’t even know that order was actually lost or taken by someone. But they should not do like that. They have shown order delivered even not delivered. I would never suggest this to anyone.

Very worst & poor service. The Delivery man Rahul Rana is very arrogant to talk. Zero service sense - they don't know the client's urgency, their situation - they do not listen to any instructions or other things. They very impatient to listen to anything - just want to finish the number of deliveries anyhow (that also not happening). when we asked to speak to his senior - he rudely said - do whatever you want. Never ever send shipment via this agency.

It seems a scam because when I called this number, initially they don't pick up for 1-2 days, & then they call and ask for tracking number and say that my contact number doesn't match with their record and therefore I have to pay them Rs. 5 to get the parcel. So, I found it suspicious and when I googled about this, I found there are quite a few receivers who got similar responses (asking for Rs. 5) and then these receivers got a link to pay Rs. 5 and then they were heavily charged for Rs. 15,000 and even some were charged for Rs. 1,00,000. So, don't trust this number <<{8.9.2.6.2v1.7.O.8.2}>> Very poor service from BlueDart. They even don't take any actions on such issues.
