Not worthy of a single star. In Morbi, all the couriers have associates, they have all decided that if the parcel is not delivered, the customer should take it from the front. The practice of making phone calls has been stopped. If you say something, these people return the parcel. (Famous excuse :- Your number is out of reach.) Note:- There seems to be some setting in this which does not allow commenting until 1 star is given.
