Latest review: They changed the address of the location for pickup, it’s in Renigunta in a godown besides the bridge that goes over railway track. US TravelDocs site is not updated with new address yet. It’s total inconvenience for the customer. I don’t understand how this became passport pick up center. Old review: Not professional. Could be quicker. Doesn’t look to be qualified as a pickup center for passports.

I thought it was just for me but looks like many others also had the same issue, I chose a premium service that was expected to do the next day delivery of an important document, but there was so much of delay. When I checked it online, it was showing "address incomplete/incorrect" status. Never had any issues with other courier services, also our home is on main road. Also, I didn't receive any updates on mobile, neither sms nor a phone call. Finding the customer service phone number is another nightmare. I also wonder whether they respond to the review.
