07 days Delay in shipment, bluedart office not found when i reached on the bluedart office address. Bluedart delivery office address wrongly mentioned by bluedart customer executive as well as on the bluedart website, my parcel was not arrived on time the delivery agent had not try to approch me on my address and not even call me once, they kept my parcel with them for 8 days, i call to bluedart customer services several times and i was helpless, after that i finally decided to approch by my self to bluedart office and collect my parcel by my self, when i asked the customer executive to provide me the address so that i can able to collect my parcel they gave me wrong address which was 35 km far from my delivery address, when i arrived 35 km on the given address i found that there is no office of bluedart then i approch to a another bluedart office which was 12 km from that site, there the office incharge told me that the office is shifted from there very past. I am completely disappointed and upset with this kind of worst services by the most honorable delivery company of all time.
