Well I went to this Blue dart because it was close to my house.Sending the documents was easy. Tracking was not! No msgs .No tracking was possible.Finally had to call and enquire(the staff was a bit rude)

Bad service agent of DHL & Bluedart since they are charging high more amount than other DHL agents. For sending a specific international courier to Canada they told around Rs 5600, so I had approached another DHL agent they charged only Rs 2800. On what basis they are charging double amount apart from other DHL agencies. And they not even have basic courier stationary such as courier cover for that they will ask us to buy from some other shops. An agency of international brand such as DHL should have customer oriented staff appointed in their centre rather than the staffs are eager to avoid the customers as early as possible by saying some silly excuses and false information.

I went there twice the first experience was good but the second one in which we had to parcel a package was forgettable at best There's a another one in cusat near the entrance on the left side use that it's much better if you want to parcel big bulky stuff. But best of luck finding it as it's not present on google maps as of 5th July 2022.

Worst delivery experience ever..! I don't even get any call when the shipment was done and later on, got a call stating that customer(me) had denied to pickup the shipment and the courier might be returned. The front staff was less receptive and can't even explain the exact location of the godown, the place was not even marked in the google map properly(thanks to the northie guy of CUSAT who explained the location courteously which was expected from the staffs) .
