Very very poor service. The worst courier service provider I have ever seen. I don't know why companies are doing business with this scamsters. The behaviour of the delivery boys are ultimate. They are the Boos of this company. And the best part is without calling you they simply update that consignee is not available.

Very poor and pathetic experience. I have give one star because there are no negative stars. They kept their parcel in the office for more than a week. When asked to return the parcel, I was informed that it would take another week. India post parcel got delivered in three days while stupid blue dart took one week just for dispatching. When asked about the status, their reply is always In Transit. Don't ever use this. This is my first and worst experience with this idiotic service.

Resently there was a corrier from a bank they call us and told to come to office and pick up the parcel when I ask why you can't deliver to my residence they replied service was not available but on the same day one of there delivery person delivered another percel of me to my residence.
