Was sending a very important document yesterday. I booked it in the morning, but it didn't show up in their systems till evening. This means the package was lying there till evening. Today it has reached Guwahati. So, practically I lost two days by booking here. When I called up the proprietor, he argued that he knows his job. Tried to Blue Dart Customer care, but after a long waiting it got dropped. Blue Dart has ruined my day.

Very drastic service by them. They are like VIP' s.. they will not come to deliver the order to you instead they will call you to pick the order from them. And if you don't come they will return the item.. you will never know. Their response was so bitter. Please don't go there.

Very bad attitude. I have made the bookings in the morning and the parcels even didn't move till evening. They book it in the morning and scan at night only. It's better to book at Guwahati if things are urgent.

Very bad service. They never try to deliver items and shows failure in attempting to deliver or address faulty just by sitting at their office. You can get your item only if you track it by yourself and calls them and pick it by yourself from their office.
