When it comes to courier service blue dart is one of the pioneers. In jorhat along with other courier services Blue Dart outlet functions relatively better. Good customer service. But they tend to pack things using less amount of cellotape which I feel should be checked. Apart from this quick and sound service

Worst courier service ever. All the delivery person of Blue Dart should learn something about delivery from delivery person of ekart or delhivery. They(Blue Dart delivery person) actually don't want to move out from their office. All the time if some parcel comes through Blue Dart, they called me to collect the parcel from their office and shows some lame excuses every time. I have faced this issue more than 5-6 times. If you complain about this on Blue Dart, they also don't take any action. Worst experience.

Very bad service. They don't even call you, nor they make any attempt to delivery and give report that you are not available or the address is wrong. Many times I have faced this. Nobody receives calls at the number given. The delivery executive deceptively marked 'consignee out of station' even though he didn't even try to call me. I have been seeing this kind of shady conduct many a times from the Jorhat Bluedart branch; It is single handedly damaging Bluedart's image.

Post Office India is more reliable and quicker than Blue Dart Courier Service in Jorhat. Blue Dart staff gives all false updates without contacting customers, thereby harrassing the customers. I don't know why actions are not being taken there officials.

Very bad delivery. The distance of the courier service is hardly 1 km from my home and still they are still very late. In their tracking page it shows that the package is out for delivery at 12 pm but it has been done delivered till 5 30pm. There is no phone call to give me any updates about my product. Very disappointed...
