I lost my shipment from Biba, received a mail that it’s delivered. They didn’t even contact through phone. While trying to contact them, no one is answering the call. Worst courier service. Please do not trust them.

I ordered product from...one website ......Xpress Bess courier service is their shipping partner....the website I ordered from they are very supportive and responsible.....but the courier service they are very worst ....their is no response from them...they didn't contact. And not attending the calls if I call them ....very bad and disappointment ,very worst experience from XpressBees courier service in kollam .
