Though cost was on higher side but overall experience was decent. The person was well aware and well spoken and was very polite too. My courier also reached quite fast too. Only downside is road presence and location, it's buried deep in street with very small board saying BLUE DART (very easy to miss).

Worst ever courier service. Today I got to know that never ever choose blue dart. They always return your couriers back to origine (RTO), especially this alwar center. I have been waiting for my important parcel since a week, and they have RTO it. They said they contacted me on call, but i never got a call from delivery guy.

These guys have the worst service in Alwar , they have no clue or whatsoever about the delivery or anything , number don't work as it keeps on ringing endlessly and guy who is that manager there has no clue also probably underqualified as every other courier goes "addrrss incomplete" but in truth these guys do not deliver anything they sit somewhere and don't even call you as a matter of fact .
