The worst experience ever about delivery and customer support, first they call on delivery day and say you've to come to delivery hub to take the parcel then I said this is not the way, they said I'll arrange your delivery and deliver and now it's 5 days from then and still I didn't get my parcel. Still waiting, I called now they said I'll arrange delivery today or tomorrow. This is literally worst.

Really disgusting delivery service …… no sense of talking to customers… no respect to their job ….. yesterday I was unavailable to my home n I told the delivery man Tht plz tody I cnt Recieve mah parcel as well …..meanwhile … he was tlking to me very rudely n did arguments unnecessarily ….. n without mah agreement did cancellation to my product which was extremely worse behaviour of him ….. I recommend one of the thing to u guys …. Once you enrolled yourself in delivery job plz do it wisely n calmly …. Otherwise no need to join this company …n plzzzz .. stop harassing the consumers ……

My courier was expected on 23-06 went out for delivery no body called they updated "Delay caused beyond control" next nobody called till 4 pm was out for delivery since morning, customer support just saying we have escalated. I think the local delivery team is totally inefficient and unprofessional.
