Worst delivery service ever. I had ordered a food supplement which is really important for me which was supposed to reach on 17th Aug. But it never reached till date. They just report to the supplying companies that they don’t get through the customers no.where as they never called.but the supplying company always gets through my no.asking for the issue and wanting to resolve it asap. This is totally unacceptable.

The worst delivery service ever. I ordered a parcel from China, it was really important. I have been waiting for my parcel but the delivery people never contacted me and just initiated RTO on their own. Every time I checked the tracking updates, it showed that "customer wants evening delivery" or next day delivery. I was still waiting patiently but my parcel never arrived. I am very sad and angry. The customer service is worse, no one picks up the calls. I am attaching photo of my order status as proof. Never trust XpressBees, really the worst out there.
