Fraud service, they won't even called me and change the status to customer wants future delivery. However I was available to take delivery. Even next day they won't delivered the parcel. Customer service never available. I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered.

I ordered a product from pepperfry and they give the delivery service to xpressbees. Delivery date was 21st Oct and today is 31st oct...till today I haven't received my order...for the frst time when my order was out for delivery the agent gave falso teason that customer is not available and the second time also he gave the wrong reason mentioning that customer want an open delivery which is not possible...when I called the agent his family is receiving the call and saying that he has left his job 3 months back...so don't dare call at this number again...he is not even picking up the call...I am litterally very upset with xpressbess services.

Very poor service. The service person gave false reasons for not delivering the packet telling he had an emergency and will deliver tomorrow. The next day he refused to have the parcel with him. Pathetic service

Worst service ever seen.miss call mrte h wo b 1sec ki then kehte k customer available nahi tha. Customer care wale call receive nahi krte. Upper se ye jo dikha ra h pic and location ye nahi h inka office side m hi iske the quality store m hi kone khopche m h wo b proper ni h. Aage jaake graphic era wali turn jo h usme nahi ghus k seedha jana 30 40 m aage right hand side m hai main hub. pta b na chlra h hub h wo wha se parcle uthane jana pda mujhe khud itta bekar hai worker ne jabarjasti phone leke apne aapko acha feedback de diya mere tarf se🤦️.

My order is not delivered twice due to some fake reasons and that too when no one had come at my address to deliver the product 1st excuse they gave was customer wanted open delivery n second day they said customer want to deliver it later ( that too a prepaid order sounds strange a person has well paid in advance them why will they want it yo deliver later ) . , First day a very short missed call came n then when I picked up no one answered n y try hen the msgs started coming second day again small missed call n then second time I answered the phone she started saying kindly cancel ur order I said where are u deliver it to me right now she said I came back to the office … very much disappointed with the service …my AWB: 1112219445245

My order having no. 134093170384159 was returned to supplier on 15.04.2022 without even contacting me on mobile, texting me or reaching at my given address. The comment given is delivery attempt failed. How pathetic and unprofessional. I will definitely advocate for not patronising Xpressbees.
