This is the worst courier service. I don't know how some online shopping sites give their shipment orders to these fraud people. Everyday I get out for delivery messages. But nothing gets delivered. And at the end of the day I get messages like I have asked for future delivery, self collect, etc. No idea when will I get my order. They won't provide phone numbers of local offices or the delivery boy. There's a helpline number which is of zero help. All that they can say is Thank you for registering complaint. Your issue will be resolved within 24 hours. But nothing gets resolved. Pathetic!!!

Pathetic company, no one picks the call center no, no way to contact anyone, emails are ignored, item is missing. Status update will say they tried calling you, but no one would have called. I was sent a parcel though an online site and suffering. Best joke... before delivery have received an sms asking for the quality of delivery. Wish Google gives and option for 0 stars in the future. By choice, never send your courier though them.

Very bad service. Not delivering on proper time. Not picking up the calls. They didn't contact me yet for delivery and they updated status of delivery as payment failure.

My order reached its destination (edappally hub) and it showed out for delivery. Been 3 days and still it's in out for delivery. Luckily they had sent an SMS with delivery boy contact number and i was able to get hold of him after numerous calls. I chocked out the godown location in edappally from him and went there myself to get the package. He told it's because of Onam there were many pending deliveries. Atleast we would be satisfied if we get proper assurance on an exact date when we get our item. The delivery management is disastrous.

The worst courier service. Ordered a decor item through pepperfry which was supposed to be delivered by xpressbees. They dont have any contact number. They send out delivery message but never deliver the product. Later they just provide delivery status as not delivered as customer is not available or customer asked for late delivery. The customer support number never connects, no one replies to your emails. Such a worst team. Please dont waste your time and money.
