I feel very bad to say that blue dart is the worst service provider. I make calls again and again related to my Parcel but your agents say all time your Parcel has been reached up to 6 pm today 6pm today but no one(Delivery boy) calls me against my Parcel. It is such a very Foolish courier provider that if you are not able to courier my parcel then pick up the locks and close the blue dart. You are not able to run a courier company. You just make people fool with your agents. Bluedart was suppose to be one of the best courier service. Yet it is most expensive. But i have personally experienced these guys are now worst in the country. There shipment is always delayed & on top of it before delivery they make a call to you & if your number is not reachable they just return the shipment. Happened with me several times.
