Worst service Tracking ID : 776336**** The above mentioned parcel was out scanned and not delievred since last 3 days . Which happened with 2 more customer which were waiting there I have also attached their video and photos . Today morning I decided to visit the Nanpura hub to collect the parcel in person The reception staff started yelling when asked about delay and abused me in local language and asked me to call manager Mr. Dhiraj who wasn't present there but was told to be the manager I'm attaching the photo of the incident

Or mene mera address coustomer support team ko bhi confirm karaya tha unhone bhi kaha tha correct hai. But delivery man ne address incorrect bta kr package deliver nahi kiya, Agr address samaj nahi aata to aap hame call kr to skte ho na ?? To hum aapko bta skte hai direct aap package ko return leloge to kaise chalega??? Kisi ka package uske pass jaldi pahochna jaruri hota hai but aapki vajah se package nahi pahoch pata hai or koi problem aa jayegi to ?? So direct apni taraf se address incorrect mt rakha karo samne vale ko phone kiya karo ki sir aapka address mujhe nahi mil raha hai aap smjha do to samne vala mana thori karega vo aapko bta dega ki kaha se kaise aana hai.
