Pathetic experience. They have been fooling around with my parcel since the last 4 days. Their customer service told me day before yesterday that my courier will be delivered within 24 hours but it seems their 24 hours run on a different clock. Pathetic delivery service. Worst experience

Very very poor service. Expected days 6.After 10 days my parcel is in inscan then i go to amritsar xpressbees office and asking for gaving my parcel they say “,wait here,”. After 10 min i am sanding outside the office and they come and says to me that”, your parcel is missing. So you order the parcel again😂. Me be like: aba sal*🤬🤬🤬 And decided that if again any parcel coming by fu*king xpressbees means Immediately cancel the order😂

The delivery partner didn't come to give me parsel nd i got message like i refused to accept the parcel. Then i went to that place and on my own i found my parcel from 6000k parcels. Such a weird staff they have .

Worst ever! Their delivery agents are fraud. They ask you for the pin sent by the company but do not come to deliver the order. I tried contacting this company but they are asking for extra money to deliver my product now
