Had to drop off my package yeasterday at SN Park Rd location. The front end staff was very friendly and helpful. The pickup request for my package was not there yet but she agreed to keep it there until they receive the request. Today I received a call from the same staff acknowledging that the request is up now and they'll start shipping on the same day. So far I am asatisfied with the service.

Hello friends, Before considering sending please do think twice. If you value for your time and money do consider rethinking. Don’t get into a situation of panic attack thinking of your package and your valuable documents. Nobody value or care your things,only you have to worry about it. Service is pathetic and not users friendly. It’s faster mode of delivery so everyone prefers but nobody will contact you about arriving, no calls no mail nothing just the waybill. You need to go there and need to pick the documents. If you don’t arrive it’s gonna send back and hence more delay.

One of the worst experience ever after a lot of online purchase. The behaviour of staff is not good, they are acting as they deliver for free. After getting a mail that product is out for delivery we will get a call which rang for a second. When I called back next minute they were complaining like I didn't pick up call, and asked me to go their office. What I have understood after reading several review is that they doesn't want to deliver to doorstep, they want everyone to pickup from their office. If any concern person ready this pls take necessary action.

Very poor service to the customer. Making lot of excuses like non serviceable address, Unavoidable delivery delays, owing to the current pandemic situation could occur, request your understanding etc, etc to fool customers and make them panic and rushing them to collect the things from their office. I don’t know how to complain against them. Any use? My courier was handover to them by 02 September 22 from Bangalore and I received them from their Kannur office by 09 September. Thank god.

Very bad service , They don’t do delivery at the address even near to the office , nor they make any attempt to contact the Consignee. Called multiple times to different numbers provided but no response. If possible avoid this and use other couriers.

It was an excellent experience receiving the courier through Bluedart. Arrived within the estimated delivery time and the staff were more than happy to to help me with it. The thing to note is that the Bluedart office near SN Park is closed for renovation and they've moved the office to Chovva near Nandilath G-Mart. So don't make a big deal mistake by going there at least for now. Just enough parking space is available though.

There were 3 packages but the lady at the front desk gave only one package. Luckly I opened that one one package from there itself and realized other passports are in different packages. So asked again then got remaining 2 packages! I travelled from Payyanur to Kannur BlueDart just to collect these. If I didn’t open the package from there itself then I have totravel all the way back to Kannur BlueDart again!

Worst ever courier service in kannur. Daily they will send you mail that you package will be delivered today you will never ever recive it. They might blame rain as a excuse in clear sky where as my courier was 2 km away . When you go to their store they just tell step outside and talk.Thanks to rude behaviour of staff. And my package and other package the guy just throws in a bucket in front of me atlast I recive my package. Do prefer this courier if you are ready to self pick it they just keep your courier in bucket blue dart ( kannur) if you really can't run it better shut it down.
