Not just UNPROFESSIONAL, these people are the worst! sent some important financial documents to me using bluedart, but instead of delivering the package to my home address, they instead called me and asked me to go to their shop and collect it. I requested them to deliver it to my home, but nobody came. I still have not received my package, and in their tracing system they have falsely updated that it's already delivered

My experience with this courier provider is so bad, this is the third time they have delayed my consignment. I am expected to recieve my ielts training booklet by 22 june and i have just checked the tracking status and they have updated the as the consignee address is incorrect. I want to inform you that this is the fifth time i am recieving documents from British ielts on same address and how can it be possible that they do not know the address. They have delayed the earlier delieveries and this time they just uploaded the status as incorrect address.
