Blue dart service is disaster.staff behavior is not good. Specially Darbhanga blue dart staff Sanjeev Kumar and Samastipur (Bihar ) staff talking rudely with customer . On duty Samastipur blue dart staff are using mobile playing game . Om Prakash Samastipur blue dart staff behavior is not acceptable. Please your all staff how to talk and behave with customer. I'm not happy with staff behavior . Thank you .

Very bad experience with blue dart. Following are my experience with blue dart darbhanga 1. Very poor communication of staff they don't want to talk first of all, even when they receive the call, don't want to talk more than a min. 2. Very high price compare to DTDC darbhanga. Suggestion: Please try to listen to your customer they are giving you there packages they have all the rights to ask you all kinds of questions related to courier.
