Very poor service. I took a Hard drive in its hard case and the person said no to courier and asked me to get it bubble wrapped. They cannot help with it as they don't give packing material. I went back and got it bubble wrapped and came back. The person said the office is closed even though he was there. I reached at 6:35 and he said at 6:30 we shut down our computer. He is not willing to make the effort of switching on his computer and do the transaction. Completely disappointing. Also told me that I should "carry bubble wrap" when I come to courier. Making joke of customer service. Please never visit this place.

The place is located right at the junction of Rao Tularam Marg and can be noticed from bus or auto also. Place stops taking courier after 6.30 PM and delivery van will collect parcels and leave by 5.00PM everyday. You will get packing material here and that will cost around Rs380 but only for small parcels around 5 kgs. Payment is accepted through card, UPI or cash. If you send parcel today before 5.00PM today then parcel date plus 2 day will be the delivery date. That is applicable only where direct flight from New Delhi is available. Review Date : 21-09-2021.
