Worst courier service and hub staff.. Never deliver on time, never pickup on time. And if you go to the hub to collect parcel, the staff & security guard are so rude and says "yaha se nhi milega, address pe ayega" jabki wo parcel 2 din se hub me pda hai aur they are not delivering it. I booked a shipment on 7-09-2022 and it is was supposed to be delivered on 13-09-2022. The courier guy is calling me for pickup on 13-09-2022 which I already shipped with amazon logistics and it got delivered on 12-09-2022 already. Ekart is dead, don't buy from flipkart anymore and also don't book your shipments with ekart.
