Their delivery boys are not professional at all. Few days back I had a package to be delivered at my office address and for 5/6 days I got the mesaage that he was unable to contact me. Somehow I got to meet him and his excuse was your phone number was wrongly written on the package. I asked him to call me but he dialed wrong number!!!!! I don't know how someone can dial wrong number for 5/6 days.

My waybill no is 78611989820 & 78611989912, courier agent didn't even call and attempt the delivery. And made the delivery failed due to incorrect address and the consignee is not available. Whereas the given address was absolutely correct and consignee was available. And in other case the delivery agent called me and said he was onduty but due to his personal problem he'll not be able to visit the delivery address. One of the worst delivery service ever, ofcourse only in Tripura . All the delivery agents are most unprofessional and lazy.

The location is not what it shows on the map. There is a primary school nearby and the office is located behind the school in the ground floor of a Green Residential building. The building itself can be seen from the road.
