Worst service provider in Phulbani. They are cheating customer. They are not delivering parcel on the other hand they are replying as customer not picked up call or room is locked without calling or visiting. In recent experience a parcel shown as receipt by me before 14 days. But no one called or visited to my house. After enquiring in the office of Blue Dart there was the parcel. Without handing over they have shown delivered. I request plz do not use this service in future in Phulbani
