Every time the parcel comes they update online : "Address not locatable, landmark needed" when you visit and ask them they say we tried to call you and your phone didn't connect! All other people and courier services can connect to my number but BlueDart Keshod can never. If they don't want to deliver to home or even don't want to call, why don't they close the branch permanently? So the senders can find better courier partners to deliver in Keshod.

My parcel is not delivered today even it reached their office at today morning and the tracking status shown as "out for delivery" from 12 pm afternoon but thereafter no one has attampted delivery and status shows "delivery will attempt tomorrow" this is happening with me 3rd time, very poor service , Bluedart should remove such kind of unprofessional person from their channel i also seen very poor rating of this agency in our town hence Bluedart has to rethink about continuous operation of this agency.
