At my location I receive a parcel daily from all other couriers but staff of this branch is unprofessional and doesn't want to work so they marked my delivery location unlocatable. Pathetic service. They always do so and they will say we are short of staff. They do not call and sometimes without even knowing return the parcels by themselves. Hope Bluedart company take some action on the staff of this Branch.

My package was held at this location. Zero customer service. Had to reach out to customer care 3-4 times. Everytime they said we have sent email asked the team to call you. But no call from delivery team came. Eventually i had to visit the bluedart office and manually take my courier. Worst bluedart experience.

Blue dart basically provides services to the people if they want Send any couriers from one place to another .this office is near to the main chowk Mandi Gobindgarh and have a good reputation for delivering the parcels.it is not costlier than the speed post.services provided the staff are good and they cooperating with the customers if they need any kind of help.overall it's good experience when I sent parcel from here.
