Poor service Product not be delivered expected time

Can anyone provide me the contact no as my order is being pending since 24th March 2020. Neither Flipkart nor Ekart is helping to get it delivered. Flipkart says that it cannot cancel as the order is out for delivery and take a time frame of 15days everytime I put a complaint. My money is stuck. I cannot cancel nor I am getting the order. Its been 55 days but no one showing interest in delivering my product. I can understand that due to lockdown there was difficulty but its open since 4th of May to deliver non essentials items and today is 18th of May.
