Worst delivery experience. A particular delivery staff spoke very rudely and hesitated un delivering the product despite our home being within 500 meters from their office. He even said he has no time to talk on phone now so come and collect it from office. Such staff are the reason most businesses fail. Multiple times our produvts have been returned without successful delivery.

These people have no coordination with client. Client promises doorstep delivery and these people reject it finally which causes lots of inconvenience to the customer. They call customer and ask us to go n collect it from their warehouse. So why are they sitting there? Please close your store and stop causing inconvenience to the customers.
