Pathetic service, won't even bother to call you and will simply return your package stating address is incomplete even though landmark and other details are correctly mentioned. Note: I order multiple things online and never faced such issue with any other Provider except bluedart which keeps on repeating same thing purposely as what I have listened from others as well. Will never recommend anyone to use this Provider.

UPDATE: it's officially more than 1WEEK since my order was placed and shipped by the seller (proof of the booking and tracking was sent to me by the seller)...& STILL NO DELIVERY!!! I have not even received a single phone call from Bluedart. Pathetic service... They recieved the package in the morning of the day before and 24hrs later the package has still not been delivered. They need to jack up their operations because they're giving a good company a bad name with such pathetic service!

Bluedart handles many very important documents like passport or credit card delivery but service in Karnal is very BAD and IRRESPONSIVE. Now its office is located near Meera Ghati Chowk, Karnal. Google needs to update the location.

Delivery was late for one day only but delivery experience was good because they provide everytime information for your parcel. My parcel was passport from Chandigarh to karnal. It takes 3 days but should be reached within 2 day. 1 day it delayed from technical glitches. My parcel started from Chandigarh and after then goes to Delhi for sticker and after that it received in karnal on 3rd day. Delivery was fast thanks bluedart.
