I have Very Bad experience with Bluedirt at Barjala, my package is scheduled to dailyver on 19th but 3 days been passed, they didn't. When i have checked the docket no. on website, they have updated that Monday is a holiday! So they couldn't deliver & next day they had updated that need to provide phone no.! How interesting where as my phone no. was printed in the package. This act is a intentional, negligence towards their work. I had to personally collect the package from their hub. Very Bad service.

Where’s my parcel in the app it was showing in Agartala since 11 November and now it’s going back in Kolkata why? Am in Agartala the address is agartala also it was shown that the parcel will be delivered to me in 15 November and today’s November where my parcel ?

I don't understand how can a courier service like Blue Dart is running a hub with such unprofessional employees. Parcel comes here and stays here. They don't care. More over if you call them and ask why your parcel isn't delivered yet, they will treat you like it's your fault.

Worst experience ever . They don't even know the address ( which is in Radhanagar) After giving the exact location they refused to attempt the delivery yesterday and today they call but acting like didn't hear anything and after that didn't call back and also we're calling but didn't received .👎

Absolutely pathetic! Shipment reached agartala on 3rd of may, still it was on hold. They were supposed to deliver it today but out of the blue marked their status as 'consignee out of station'. When you call them, all sorts of excuses are ready. If your delivery personal is not available then why wasn't it intimated beforehand? I had to call and ask for my shipment. I wonder whether I will receive the package on time or not. Edit: Received the package on 07.05.2022
