Very bad delivery service. Delivery agents are good but we can't get in proper time and date. I ordered products from nykaa i got message from nykaa you will get the product for today. But this agency delivered after three days. I called them then only they delivered my products or otherwise directly go there and collect the products. Kindly please improve your service.

Worst! They just marked my package delivered without even asking me. And they didn't even hesitated to pick my calls or to call back. I had to pick my package from their office and the packing was torn.

Worst service and zero professionalism. The manager Anish is either a fraud or has no idea what he is doing. I used their service to send a package to UK. However, once the package was received the recipient was asked to pay extra charges owing to import taxes. This was not informed prior to sending the package (either he had no idea or chose not to inform) and when I informed him the same, there was absolutely no response whatsoever. DHL/Bluedart is a reputable company but with such unprofessional behavior from employees I am forced to look for other courier services in the future.

Worst courier service in the world. Everytime they delay the courier saying that the address is unlocatable. The interesting fact is that my house is in the mainroad very near to junction. It's better to shut down such irresponsible and not trustworthy agencies. I complained several times... But no use.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Most of the time they wont attend the call. Even if the shipment is in their center no one will contact you and they will update the status as the address is not recognised or phone is not reachable by themself without contacting you. They want us to collect our package from their office. Its better to shut down this pathetic service.

Been waiting for my delivery from past 2 days, no one calls or visits at my Home address whenever I see the status at the end of the day they say number not reachable, address not recognised, I mean have given them numbers they can call me on either and check but they do not call and after 3 re-attempts they return it back. This kind of centres should be closed as soon as possible.
