The delivery was quicker than expected. Service was good, the staff seemed nice. Tried calling them on the toll free number after receiving text message, nothing happened. Later called on their another contact number which I got from one of my friends and they told me that the item will be delivered after 2 days and they will call back when it's available. Recieved another text message on the next days, saying that it has reached the facility and will be delivered on the same day. Even though, I didn't recieve a call or any update until I reached out to them. Afterwards everything was better and the service was great. The only down thing is the space. Blue dart is situated at a rather remote area which isn't that hard to access. Even though, the lack of space for parking seems to be an issue for most people, including their own staff.. The office is very congested and crowded most of the time. However, they manage to provide proper service for most of their customers.
