Delivery boy was fraud . He took money for prepaid order. He asked extra money for online transfer. Don't choose this service. No contact number shown on online and customer care is engaged always.can't connect customer ca worst service ever.

Worst courier service. A delivery agent asked me extra money for my prepaid order and I can't give a complaint in their office as there is no number given on online. And the customer care of xpress bees is busy always. Not attending the calls . I think it is intentionally they are not picking the calls. Worst worst worst

I would give you no stars, had Google given me a choice. Just received my package from your delivery executive and had the worst experience. I don't know his name or cannot recognise him as he had his face fully covered with a white cloth (even his eyebrows were covered).
He took my phone under the pretence that the delivery message is not visible to him. But instead, started tapping on the screen and by the time I took my phone back from him, he had already given himself a customer feedback.
Had your DE not done this, I would have given him a good feedback anyway, because there was no other issue with the delivery.
This is highly infuriating and is a huge problem, that you may wanna look at.
Not sure, if all your executives are pulling off this stunt, but I can assure you that, if given a choice, I would never choose your services ever again.

Not Delivering order but making false statements. Customer is waiting for order and they are saying customer don't want order.
