Blue dart provide very worst service incompare to other logistics company because their agent they do not give the delivery of any shipment at proper location they call their customers 4 - 5 km. Away from exact location they said that "hm Gopalganj se aate hai yaha aakar aapko shipment receive krna hoga hm waha nhi aayenge" even when my location is safe to deliver the shipment.other logistics company deliver the shipment at the door but blue dart doesn't deliver the shipment at exact location.due to which I cancelled my every shipment which is to be deliver by blue dart.

The Worst service from Bluedart Gopalganj office. Most of the time you just need to visit Bluedart counter for collecting your parcel because they do not think about customer convenience. Without Informing you on phone call most of the time Bluedart Gopalganj office people return your parcel to sender. I faced this issue three time. Very Poor service from Bluedart Gopalganj office branch. Bluedart Must need to think twice before giving the franchise to such kind of people.
