Perhaps the worst courier service. Received a message on 28th July that I will be receiving my consignment that day but nobody turned up. No call even. The next day I received the message that I was not available at my residence which is an utter lie. I was told to reschedule the delivery which I did. But nobody came. On 29th I called their head office and after much effort I was able to talk to their customer care. I was assured that someone would call me that very day. But that didn’t happen. No call, no message. They are the lousiest couriers. Avoid them or suffer at their hands.

Very bad service .No doostep service by Blue dart , he also update the status parcel not delivered due to address not found. Contact no is mention with every address if address is not found he can call to us. May be parcel is important to us . Due to bad service it will be delay.

Bluedart services are very poor and it is from top level to bottom level. They will never call for delivery and change the status like "Attempted". Their contact details are also not working, you won't be able to contact them. Bluedart, please improve otherwise company will finish very soon.
