Blue Dart is probably the worst logistical/ courier in India. Pathetic customer service, very rude, expensive and delivery services. Unfortunately the international company DHL has partnered with them. Try Delhivery so far they've been very good with domestic and international deliveries. This is my own experience not paid by anyone .

Not even a single call received after the product arrived in the courier agency. I checked the tracker and found that delivery attempted. How can you put that info without even call the customer? If you can't deliver, better close and go. Neither a contact number or address provided. Who is responsible for this courier agency? What kind of morons are you? There are lots of other courier agencies with super fast delivery. If you step back, they will deliver products on time. This is a sadist kind of act. Otherwise you could have provided a contact number or a genuine address. I just want to show you my middle finger for your service. Take it as a compliment.

There cannot be a WORSE SERVICE than the one they provide. They simply don't deliver and doesn't even give you a call by putting the status as 'Incomplete address'. If Blue dart cannot do the service in this area please close this branch. It will just brining a bad name to the Blue Dart. Now onwards I have an additional pain of informing my Banks to not to deliver my courier through Blue Dart.

Such an irresponsible people. No contact number, no dedication or commitment for deliveries. I've been waiting for my delivery for almost one month without any response from Blue dart management. Even Blue dart customer service doesn't have alathur office contact number. One humble request to Blue dart courier service; if you cannot resolve the ever existing alathur office issue please shut it down and let other efficient courier companies do their job. Pathetic and shameful situation!!!!

There is no number to contact bluedart local Courrier services and their service is too bad.I had ordered on 18 Feb and till today I haven't received my order. and if they couldnt locate address instead of contacting us they are directly sending the product to the sender. i cant post review without adding stars so that i am giving one star. I haven't seen such worst service in my life time they dint even inform me regarding my consignment. They just returned the item with out informing the customer.
