If u can't deliver it to a certain place please don't take the order of that particular pincode. Its a delivery service not a self pickup counter. The services are just so pathetic. One of the worst delivery service I had ever experienced.

Phone is out of service and if it works no one wil pick up ,even when the item has reached destination, delivery takes days...and says out for delivery every day but by evening it gets cancelled for no reason,and it was even informed that they cancelled coz I didn't pick up the call which is a straight lie

there was no measurement of my parcel(pair of shoe), they just said 1kg(480rs.), which is expensive since i send it to Senapati from Imphal. i didn't recieve any information from them too. i just did it as i was in a hurry. not bad but not good enough either.
