I had send 3 courier. None of the courier delivered on time. N all courier takes 8-10 days to reach. BlueDart representative told me it will takes max 2 days to reach your destination. Coustomer care services was very very bad. They disconnected my phone and talks in inappropriate way. This is the worst courier service I have seen. I recommend its better to send through speed Post aur some else courier service but not by bluedart.

Rudest behaviour by any service based industry. This guy from mahuva office calls me,i was in a meeting for 3 hours.When i called back and asked who was this,he counter questions that who was I. I didn’t had the number so i told that i got calls from u guys and he tells in local language that “its bluedart and there must be something related to which I don’t remember now.You should have received the call at that time.” I told i was in a meeting then he tells to that “meeting could be for 10-15 mins. You took to long to call back.” Am asking you guys who the hell are your people to decide how long my meeting should last. Then he adds that now in future if he will come across what was the work and reason to call,he will tell me and till that time I should wait. A humble request to bluedart that please appoint someone who is little well mannered n education. This kind of illiterate and useless people spoils your brand name. He please possibly do something needful so that I should not rethink if I want to use bluedart services in future.
