worst delivery service in manipur. you have to go and collect it yourself.They will never deliver your parcel.In the morning a message will be sent saying shipment out for delivery but they will not deliver it.They will make up some lame excuse saying no such consignee at the given address without even calling us. There is always confusion between this one and Malom one. When article arrived, it never mentioned the office. We generally tend to go here. But, it would say "go to Malom Blue Dart".

Bluedart sidi pura keinom nina. The worst ever. The most irresponsible service ever. Been waiting for the delivery for 5 days but havn't receive it yet. The delivery guy called yet no delivery attempt was made but always updating that it couldn't be deliver. Once twice fine but its been 5 days now. No response from customer service. Such a disappointment.

My friend sent me a courier from Guwahati to Thoubal. The courier got stuck in imphal for 3 days. Courier from Thoubal to Kolkata took 3 days for delivery. While Bangalore took 4 days to delivery. While my courier is stuck in Imphal for 3 days. Unacceptable. Can't beleive Bluedart is international company.
