The seller is terrible. Made full payment for tv and stabilizer including extended warranty. Charged us a rate higher than online shops. TV has not been delivered for 2 days. The owner Mr. Santhosh does not answer calls. Terrible seller. Had to cancel the product because of that. We paid for extended warranty as well from the executive who was in the shop as well. It was a mistake. We are struggling to get a refund even after a week. The executive does not answer phone. We didn't receive any policy and no refund yet. The seller is washing off his hands and he says that the executive who sits in his shop is not part of his staff and hence he does not have any responsibilty. I do not recommended buying from this shop at all.

Worst possible experience ever. The store managers were rude, they sell Below average products and heavily overpriced. While asking about a manufacturing default, they told everything is like that. Also the store is not safe the stairs doesn't have railings to hold on. I would never recommend anyone to shop from this place
