Very bad courier service.... Didn't receive any call from delivery boy for my parcel... And they returned my parcel without my permission...I mean seriously are u guys mad or what??your rrsporesponsib is to call each and every customer before delivery...but no they are doing their job according to their liking.. They return the parcels of customer according to their wish...I mean who they are to decide whether the customer want the parcel or not.... Pathetic condition !!! When I make call to customer service they said u didn't receive your parcel so they returned it...like seriously?the delivery boy didn't even called me for my parcel how could I be able to know?

Its been 7 dys my order is not received evrytime they r near my house but not with my parcel, everytime they say they will deliver ut by tommorow but its never come, so disgusting acchar khayega kya parcel rkkhe

This is the worst courier service I have ever seen. I am from Kathal Road , Silchar and I had ordered an item in paytm few days ago and Xpressbees took the responsibility to deliver it but things gone worse when the delivery agent called me to come and receive the item from Link road petrol pump. However I requested him to deliver it nearby my residence as it will be tough for him to find out my residence. I told him to deliver it nearby Maharishi Vidyamandir which is some what close to my house though I have to travel 300 metres to reach there. But he refused to deliver it and told me to receive it from Link Rd only which is around 2 km from my house or else he will cancel the order if I refuse to go and receive it. Is this the way of giving service to customers?? Seriously your courier service sucks and all of your staff sucks , your management and administration sucks...........
